If you need a break from the meeting or are looking for the next place for your company outing, we have various different activities on offer.
HALF-DAY MEETING
A half-day meeting lasts up to 4 hours. Choose your start and end time within the opening hours of the Mill Café. A half-day meeting always includes lunch, either breakfast or afternoon coffee and cake, and venue hire.
Price: 495 kr. per person
ALL-DAY MEETING
A full-day meeting lasts up to 8 hours and can take place between 9.00 am and 6.00 pm. An all-day meeting always includes breakfast, snacks, lunch, afternoon coffee and cake, and venue hire.
Price: 695 kr. per person.
The rooms
Møllegården has 2 different meeting rooms. Both rooms are equipped with a presentation screen with both Apple TV and HDMI input, and of course with access to Wi-Fi.
The Mill Hall
The Mill Hall is a bright room with exposed beams and 3 double glass doors opening out on to the cobbled courtyard. It has a secluded location in the wing at the back of Møllegården. There is room for 50 people. You can hire the Mill Hall without a meeting package. Hire price: DKK 125 per person for up to 6 hours.
The Hunt Room
The Hunt Room is an atmospheric room with antlers on the wall and an open (disused) fireplace. There is room for 12 people sitting around a large conference table in a fixed setup. You can hire the Hunt Room without a meeting package for a unit price of DKK 1250 for up to 6 hours.
Catering
The Mill Café will serve as host for your meeting and provide catering. Of course, we can take into account allergies and special catering requests. The Mill Café is run by the Kilden Foundation, a socio-economic enterprise. Special needs students and staff in sheltered jobs are supported by expert professional staff.
