Esrum Abbey devotes a large section to food in our communication. Like the monks before us, we are engaged with local production, sustainability, cabbage, herbs, seasonal crops as well as special cooking methods.
You can experience these elements in the café meals, at festivals and fairs, at special cuisine events and in the vast selection of wares in the abbey basement.
