Esrum - Esrum Kloster & Møllegård
Esrum Abbey & Møllegård

Between heaven, power and land

Esrum Kloster & Møllegård is a vibrant cultural site in the heart of North Zealand. In the Middle Ages, Esrum Kloster was a place of faith and doubt, of knowledge and influence and of a life closely connected to nature. Here people prayed, worked, cultivated the land and made decisions that reached far beyond the monastery walls.
